Complete the information below and click reserve to view complete pricing, rental details and complete your reservation. You will be given a confirmation number. Please refer to your reservation number on any correspondence. To reserve a property online, please fill out the form and continue through the booking process. In our efforts towards a Greener Earth your lease will be forwarded via email. Half of the Rent Amount, Reservation Fee (plus tax) and optional Travel Insurance will be due within 5 days of booking. If you forward your 1st payment prior to receipt of the VRA, the optional travel insurance is included in the 1st payment. If you are declining the travel insurance, please deduct that amount from your 1st payment. NOTE: Once Travel Insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable. Other optional items are payable on the 2nd payment which is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. (If you are reserving a property within 30 days of the arrival date, the Total Reservation Amount is due now.) Payment Options: You may call our office (1-888-860-3863) and pay by electronic check or credit card. For this convenience, you will be charged $5.00 to processing fee for an electronic check or a $39.95 Telephone Convenience Fee for credit card transactions. Name on credit card MUST match the Leaseholder's name. You may also pay by personal check, money order and or cashiers check, by mailing to Kitty Dunes Rentals, P O Box 275, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949. Personal checks are only accepted 30 days before your arrival date. Travel insurance is applied to every reservation. If you do not wish to purchase Travel Insurance, you will have the option to decline it on the signed VRA agreement that is sent to you for confirmation of your reservation. NOTE: Once Travel Insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable. If you are declining the travel insurance, please deduct that amount from your 1st payment. We will email your Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) to you. If you would prefer to have the contract faxed, please call and provide us with your fax number. When you receive your VRA, please read carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates, sign where indicated and return. We hold the person whose name appears on the VRA responsible for any payments, security deposits, and all other responsibilities of the agreement. Along with the email documents, you will find the payment options available. If you wish to send a personal check, it must be received within 5 days of booking to confirm the reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled without further notice. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or other legal reasons. All payments will be forfeited. Discounts (if applicable) will be applied once your discount card is received in our office. Please call 1-888-860-3863 and speak with one of our reservationists indicating you are eligible for a discount and provide your reservation number. Details will be provided to you to obtain the discount offered. You have agreed that you have read this page and our policy page for all reservation policies. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of rental funds.
