The Lost Colony tells the story of the events leading to the disappearance of the English colonists who settled here over 400 years ago.
A day full of adventure. Climb aboard the pirate ship Sea Gypsy. Get there 30 minutes prior to for face painting and dress up. Fire the water cannons, search for sunken treasure or maybe even find a message in a bottle.
Visit the "Waters of the Outer Banks". See the otters at play, alligators, turtles and many other reptiles and sea life. Watch fish and sharks in the large tank. Gently stroke a stringray or touch a horseshoe crab in the touch tanks.
