We now have 4 door Jeeps. This will allow you to seat 5 people mostly comfortably, (it’s still a Jeep). Each trip will cover a verity of driving conditions. We will drive on rutted sand beaches and traverse the dunes. Behind the dunes are several neighborhoods where the horses graze. The horses are broken up into several small harems. So you may encounter 5-7 per group.

Is a fishing license required when surf fishing on the Outer Banks? |
The answer to your question is "yes", in most cases. In some areas farther north as in Corolla, you may be required to have a freshwater license for the sound and a saltwater/coastal license for ocean fishing.
You do not have to have a saltwater/coastal license on fishing piers and charter boats.
